Custom residential design projects have been a constant throughout his 35 plus years as an architect and his International Design Consulting career. In his International Design Consulting career, working initially as a lead senior designer with WATG Architects in Newport Beach, then as a Senior Design Consultant on major destination resort hotels such as the Phase 1 Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas 1997-1999, his creative design expertise required extensive research and attention to Italian and Renaissance design details. Additional projects required understanding design cultural details from not only Italy to cultures such as tropical Indonesian/ Bali, and the Middle East - Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and China. For Mountain architecture eight years of living in Colorado and powder skiing at the great resorts of the Western Rockies during that time and since then, brought with it a range of high mountain, esthetic design experience from resorts such as Vail and Aspen in Colorado in particular.

Extensive hotel resort hotel creative design projects greatly informs the creative process on high-end custom residential design and details. Most of the custom residential projects over the years have been in Hawaii on Oahu and some projects on neighbor the islands of Kauai and the Big Island of Hawaii. This all began after finishing Graduate School in Architecture at the University of Colorado, and then moving to Honolulu in 1980 and spending the next 16 years from 1980 to 1996 in Honolulu / Oahu. This was followed in 1996 with 26 years in Southern California where there were again numerous custom residential projects developed during that time living in the Newport Beach area that continue today. In August of 2022 Christopher moved back to Honolulu, which is currently home base with the majority of his work getting residential development projects going with developers in Honolulu as well as custom residential projects in Honolulu and on the North Shore of Oahu as well as the Neighbor Islands.

Throughout this time collaboration with other Architects has been a primary strategy concentrating on all his projects in International Master Planning and on custom residential Concept and Schematic Design efforts. Some of the collaborative partners will be listed shortly. We come together on various projects where we can combine our expertise and resources to best advance the design and development of a specific project, with a primary focus on exclusive residential projects in Hawaii | California | and the Pacific West's Mountain Regions.
